Idea for Communities:

1) Create community Channels (of topical interests):
-Games, Movies, Music, TV, etc
 * Can be generally anything not offensive/not illegal.  (Example: no groups about Vaping)

2) Each community will have it's own "Founder" - who can then have IRC4Fun Staff add additional staffers/moderators.
 * Staff of Communities will be handled on IRC by GroupServ. (Group names will be !community-communityname, and registered by IRC4Fun Staff)  [Nonstaff cannot register Groups]

3) Staff of Communities can post Community blogposts.
-This provides more visibility to communities and by extension; IRC4Fun.
-Staff should participate in community channels, when able to.
 * Community Staff will be eligible for a community/group cloak/vhost. (communityname/account) 

4) Communities can also be added to the Discord bridge, if they OPT-IN to doing so.

* References to "staff" refer to the Community's staff.  IRC4Fun Staff will not be involved in the communities, unless they are invited to join by the community staff.
